This episode does not take place in Nashville. It's about as far, geographically, as you can get from Music City.
But it is a FASCINATING case, and even though it doesn't deal with my adoptive hometown, I hope that you'll enjoy it, just the same.
In the early morning hours of January 1, 1998, Ben Smart and Olivia Hope went missing after attending a lake party near a site called Furneaux Lodge.
It's one of the most famous true crime cases in all of New Zealand's history.
I won't spoil any of the other details, but just know it's a story worth checking out!
